Davis/Davies, Phoebe
Comments:
The photo shows Phoebe with her daughter Phoebe Caroline Jones (1880-1943) and husband William Nelson Hill (1874-1954) and their 5 oldest sons. I believe the photo was taken about 1911 since Phoebe died Feb. 26, 1912. The 5 boys in the photo are: Zephaniah Hill (1899-1959), Mathew Warren Hill (1902-1962) William Floyd Hill (1905-1968) Earl Hill (1907-1978) Ray Hill (1909-1973). Judging by the ages the boys look in the photo my best guess in identifying the boys is shown below.
