PICTURE OF PRESIDENT W. S. PHILLIPS
We are happy to announce that the Picture of President Phillips is ready. It has been carved on steel and not on stone as is normally done. We think that it is a more attractive picture than we have seen among the Saints, and is an excellent likeness. The price of the best pictures is one shilling six pence each; but the others will be sold when they are ready for one shilling each. Now is the time to get the best ones before they are all sold; for we think that everyone is desirous of having a picture of their President.
